The property is set on a very quiet road with sea views to the rear and only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town and beach.

Dawlish, "The home of the Black Swan" is an excellent base for you to explore places like Paignton, Dartmoor, Exeter and Exmouth, all of which are easily accessible by train, car or bus.

There are also coastal paths nearby for walkers to enjoy.

Breakfast is a full English breakfast and is served 8.00 am - 9.00 am in our dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting.

We also offer earlier times and cater for dietary requirements subject to prior notice.

A deposit of £25 pp (non refundable) is required to secure any reservations.
There is an extra charge of £6 (maximum) for SINGLE NIGHT bookings and full payment is required.
